Team Leader

Florian

With a passion for creating safe and supportive environments, he has not only accumulated several years of experience working with young people but also possesses advanced training in safeguarding protocols, ensuring the highest standards of protection for those we support.

Team Leader

Conrad

His past has provided valuable insight and Conrad also trains and guides many of the staff.

Staff Team Specialisms

We encourage all of our staff to explore and train in specialisms that interest them. This not only furthers their professional development but also increases the value and the depth of support that our service users experience. The specialisms staff can train in are varied but include supporting Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC), supporting LGBTQ+, dealing with dependency, education, mental health, self-harm and suicide, ADHD, epilepsy and other medical conditions and support needs.

Our diverse staff team includes qualified teachers and social workers and every member of our organisation brings valuable skills and experiences which further enhance the support available to our young people.

Staff Training and Development

Right Choice Services' ethos is to ensure that all staff are well-equipped to undertake their role safely and confidently. We encourage our support staff to establish a specialism in an area of their choice and use their expertise to educate others.
